Food Service Participation Survey
The USDA and MDE have announced a new program, all students are eligible for one free breakfast and one free lunch per day. This program is also for members of the community 18 years and younger. This program is for 7 days a week and is effective immediately. The USDA states it will last thru Dec 31, 2020 or until funding runs out. This includes all learning systems; in person, hybrid and virtual learners. Ala carte items are not included in this program.
In order to know how many meals to prepare for curbside pick up, we need your help. Please take this quick survey to help out the Food Service Department. We are asking that surveys be completed by Wednesday.
Meal Kits include of 1 breakfast and 1 lunch
· In person (in school 5 days per week) can receive 2 meal kits
· Hybrid learnings (in school 2 days per week) can receive 5 meal kits
· Virtual learners can receive 7 meal kits
Meals can be picked up on Fridays from 2:00pm to 3:30 at the Middle School along Jefferson Street. (This service begins on Friday, September 11, 2020)
