* 1. State Civil Service requires you to complete the three steps of the Selection Process. Please acknowledge each step by checking each box.

First Step - I understand it has to be determined if I meet the Minimum Qualifications (MQs) to take the examination.

Second Step - I understand I have to complete the examination and achieve a minimum score of 70%.
