The Academy for Advancing Leadership (AAL) is conducting this survey for the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (MSU COM). Your responses will help AAL and MSU COM develop the College's next strategic plan.

This type of survey and these types of questions are common tools used in strategic planning. It should take you less than 10 minutes to complete this survey.

Your individual responses to the questions will be anonymous and cannot be traced back to you. AAL, which is conducting the survey, will combine the anonymous survey responses and report them as a group to MSU COM's strategic planning steering committee.
