South Gloucestershire Council are bringing forward planning proposals for new and improved sports facilities, up to 161 high-quality homes (including 35% affordable), landscaping and ecological improvements and improved transport and cycle connections at The Former Grange School site, Warmley. We would like to understand your views on the proposal and priorities regarding development on the site to inform the evolving design and planning application submission.

We plan to submit a hybrid planning application in March 2025, which will set out detailed proposals for the sports provision (south of the site) and outline details for the residential dwellings (north of the site). Further detail of the residential dwellings will then be applied for and consulted on at a later date to inform a ‘reserved matters’ submission.

Thank you for taking the time to fill in this form. Your views are valued and we would be grateful to know what you think of our draft proposals.

We would be grateful if you could please provide your feedback by 7th February 2025.
