Survey incentive terms and conditions

1. The survey is being run by Gympie Regional Gallery.

2. Eligibility
    • To be eligible, participants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
    • Gympie Regional Gallery employees and their immediate families are excluded from the draw.
3. Survey participation
    • Participants must visit at least one studio participating in Gympie Region Studio Trails 2024 between 6 and 28 July.
    • Participants must complete the evaluation survey, answering all questions, available at www.gympieregionstudiotrails.com.au
    • There is a limit of one submission per person.
    • To be eligible, submissions must be received before midnight 8 August. Submissions received after this date will not be eligible for inclusion.
4. The prize will be one (1) voucher for the Gympie Regional Gallery artisan shop, to the value of $250. No cash alternatives will be provided.

5. The winner will be chosen at random and announced at the Gympie Region Studio Trails closing event on 10 August 2024. The winner will also be notified via the email address provided in their survey submission.

6. The prize may be collected from Gympie Regional Gallery.

7. The winner's first name may be announced on Gympie Regional Gallery’s social media channels.

8. General Conditions
    • Gympie Regional Gallery reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to alter or cancel the survey or amend these terms and conditions.
    • Gympie Regional Gallery’s decision is final and binding.
