Nominations are now open for the 2024 Councillor Service and Mayor Emeritus Awards which will be presented at the MAV Annual Conference Gala Dinner on Thursday, 12 September 2024 at the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins

Important notice:

Please note that nominations close Friday, 9 August 2024 and will not be accepted after this date.
Nominations can only be submitted by council officers, i.e. Council Support Officers, Governance Officers and CEOs. This form cannot be filled out by a councillor.
Nominations must be endorsed by a CEO.
