Kia ora tatou te whānau

As per recent communications via email, Hauora Taiwhenua would like to gather our member's concerns and feedback, particularly that of our rural practices in the North Island, resulting from the implications of Cyclone Gabrielle,

We understand that this is a trying time for all and again would like to extend our offering of support to those who have been so badly affected by Cyclone Gabrielle this week.

The following survey is just a few short questions regarding these impacts and flow-on effects as this weather event and its implications become more evident.

If you have the opportunity, we would love your response to help us gather an idea as to how we can help you as our members who have been impacted.

Stay safe, give support when you can, and again, please do not hesitate to contact us for support.

Kia kaha
Grant and the team at Hauora Taiwhenua Rural Health Network.
