Teen Council Outstanding Teen Citizenship Award 2025 |
Are you a high school student who has positively impacted the San Ramon Community? If so, then please apply for the City of San Ramon’s “Outstanding Teen Citizenship Award.”
Each year, the City of San Ramon Teen Council selects a high school student who has made a significant contribution toward enhancing the quality of life for residents of San Ramon during the last year.
If selected, the award winner will be recognized at a City Council Meeting and presented with a plaque for their contribution to the City of San Ramon. The award winner may also be invited to a Parks and Community Services Commission meeting to be recognized.

The winner will also receive:
- Two Tickets to the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce Awards Dinner; sponsored by Realty ONE Group Today
- A $250 Scholarship, sponsored by Realty ONE Group Today
- Presented the Teen of the Year award at the Chamber of Commerce Awards Dinner; sponsored by the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce
Criteria
Applications will be judged on the following criteria: - All applicants must live within the San Ramon city limits.
- Applicants for Outstanding Teen Citizenship of the Year Award must be in 9th - 12th grade.
- The application should clearly demonstrate the achievement, contribution, and impact made to the community through voluntary service during the past year (information pertaining to prior years outside the timeframe will not be considered during judging).
Application Procedure & Letters of Recommendation
- Complete the official application form below.
- 1-2 Letters of Recommendation are necessary from teachers, employers, etc. (not including family members) who will be able to highlight your qualities and show why you are a good candidate for this award.
Applications will be accepted through 4:30pm on August 22, 2025. No late applications will be accepted.
