This is an opportunity to share your insights and experiences to help us identify what makes Maxville Manor exceptional and envision its most positive future. Your feedback will be invaluable in the context of our upcoming redevelopment and expansion project, a transformative initiative aimed at elevating the Manor’s facilities to provide unparalleled long-term care and seniors support services to a broader community of seniors.
Your feedback will contribute to a SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) Environmental Scan Summary Report, and all responses will remain anonymous to ensure confidentiality. Please complete Section B - Participant Category immediately below, as well as any other survey questions you have time to answer or feel comfortable completing.
The deadline for submitting the questionnaire is 6:00 PM on Monday, October 21, 2024, giving you 12 days to provide your valuable input.
