UTILITY BOX ART APPLICATION FOR ARTIST'S DESIGNS

The Utility Box Art Program wraps about 6-10 new boxes each year with new vinyl and replaces older vinyl wraps every 3-5 years, as needed. Currently, the City of Costa Mesa has over 60 utility boxes wrapped with unique designs from Orange County artists.

Each artist may submit two new designs annually, but only one artwork will be considered for the program per year. All designs require a final approval from the City of Costa Mesa Arts Commission.
