ANROWS Workshop with Prof Liz Kelly CBE- Expression of Interest |
Overview
Australia’s National Research Organisation for Women’s Safety (ANROWS) will hold a capacity building workshop with Professor Liz Kelly CBE, Co-Chair End Violence Against Women Coalition UK and Professor of Sexualised Violence, London Metropolitan University.
This invitation-only session will take the form of a reflective dialogue with participants on sexual violence research-to-practice issues. Invitations will be issued following an assessment of responses to this Expression of Interest (EOI) form. Invitations will be limited to one person per service, apart from in exceptional circumstances.
The workshop will take place on 9 February 2015 (1.00-4.30pm), and will include refreshments. Participation is free of charge but limited to 30 delegates who have applied to attend via the EOI process. Preference will be given to applicants who are actively engaged in responding to and preventing sexual assault as practitioners, policy makers, advocates, activists.
Responses to the EOI are due by 5.30pm on Friday 16 January, 2015.
