Santa Barbara County Citizens Independent Redistricting Commission Feedback Survey

The Santa Barbara County Citizens Independent Redistricting Commission (Commission) appreciates the involvement of so many members of the community in the 2020 Redistricting Process that resulted in new maps for the county supervisorial districts.  The Commission conducted this process for the first time under the conditions and criteria included in the 2018 voter-approved Measure G.

The Commission is interested in hearing from the public about the 2020 process in order to capture and catalogue what worked and what could be improved prior to the 2030 Census and Redistricting.  Our intent is to gather feedback from the public, organize that feedback, and share the ideas in a final report to the Board of Supervisors and general public.

Please share your feedback with the Commission through this survey form by 5 p.m. (PST) Friday, March 4, 2022.  Responses are not required to all questions, and may be submitted anonymously.

A public hearing to review the feedback and gather final public comments will be scheduled at a later date.
