The "long-term" COVID-19 & light intervention Day 11, Attention & Reaction Speed Test (for the "Quick Impressions" group)

Using this survey (it should be quick!)

Once you have viewed the related video (https://youtu.be/LwWZdhICf0o) and performed the test, enter your results here, as done on Day 0. There are only 2 results to enter: "Green Light" count, and the Total Time for "Green Light" presence. This is explained in the video. Once completed, use the fields below to enter your Study ID# (e.g., "QI - initials - year of birth) Exam: 'QI - WJO - 1950'. Enter today's date and check whether it's Day 0 or Day 11. Enter the values that you counted and timed, and that's it.
