The Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center is a non-profit, multi-service organization located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Its programs are focused in providing services that addresses the needs of children and low-income families, out-of-school and out-of-work youth, and aging New Yorkers, including our isolated and homebound elderly neighbors.

Through this survey we are trying to better understand how our supporters would like to communicate with us and how we can reach new members of our community. Your answers are confidential, and we appreciate the time you are taking to help us.
