IEEE Photonics India e-Newsletter Submission Form

Submit by 20th of Month / Issues Released Last Day of Each Month

In support of strategic outreach, member engagement and academic exchange in India, IEEE Photonics Society Chapters in India have connected to start a monthly e-Newsletter. Chapters are encouraged to submit events or important chapter updates on IEEE Photonics Society programs.

Please follow the guidelines given below for reporting events to be published in future e-Newsletter:

One intake form per event: if you have multiple events to report, submit additional forms;
Newsletter reporting of a particular month shall be submitted before 20th date of the month. The e-Newsletter will shared by the last day of the month;

Size of photo shall not exceed 1MB (1024 x 1024 pixels max); you may do necessary cropping / re- sizing, but ensure that the information is not lost and clarity is preserved.
