Improving Youth Employment Outcomes – Students and Graduates Validation Survey

Equipe Ubuntu is an international development firm that wants to be part of the solution to youth unemployment; helping youth build their capacity and be better prepared for the world of work. Using an online service delivery model, we hope to reach more youth affordably; and with more smartphones, practical training will soon be at everyone’s fingertips.

Starting with a coaching & mentoring service, we hope to grow into an online employment development resource that provides practical and pragmatic learning that inspires youth and gives enough knowledge to get up and do. Learn how to write an effective CV. Learn how to start a business. Learn how to make yogurt. Learn how to design a website. And many more.

Our aim is to find the gaps in employment preparation services that help youth find jobs and in entrepreneurship development programs that help youth start their own businesses. For this survey, we are focusing on youth aged 19 to 35.
