Goals: Learn more about outside-the-core "transformational” innovation and corporate entrepreneurship as enabling strategies and tactics to sustain organizational growth and perpetual rejuvenation. Preliminary research indicates that business model reinvention is emerging as a best-in class, transformational innovation practice.
Instructions: Transformational innovation and corporate entrepreneurship are complicated and complex from both a strategic and a tactical viewpoint. Hence, our research design and the associated learning opportunities for study participants are many and varied. To that end, we have segmented our survey design data collection into two parts, A & B, based on what participants want to learn and share.
Part A follows and helps accomplish our core study objective as stated above. Part B, which will be issued the following week, covers complementary topics including corporate entrepreneurship models, alternative organizational structures and the language of transformation innovation. In addition, Part B can be completed online or by telephone.
