The objective of this survey is to better understand concerns in the community, what kinds of disaster-related activities people are engaging in, and how we can better support personnel needs through training and planning before a disaster occurs.  The survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete. Your participation in the survey is voluntary. You can abstain from answering any questions you don’t want to answer. Your answers will be kept confidential and the results will be shared in an aggregated form via reports, peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.
