Friday, October 16 to Sunday, October 18, 2015. Registration begins at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Our time together will conclude no later than noon on Sunday.

WHO
Individuals or couples interested in serving on full-time international staff. We invite all those with significant Young Life or youth ministry experience who desire to use their gifts to reach kids and communities around the world for Christ.
WHY
International ministries continue to expand as Young Life seeks to reach out to Every kid, Everywhere, for Eternity. The IIW is a required step in the international staff application process for those deploying from the U.S. We look forward to meeting you in person, and we are excited to offer you this opportunity to spend the weekend with others who are also prayerfully considering the call to serve overseas.
COST
The cost for those who register by October 1st is $199 per adult, which includes meals, lodging for two nights, free time activities, and a participant manual. (Please note: Those who register after Oct 1 will be charged $250.) Round trip van transportation from the Denver airport to Frontier Ranch is available for an additional $30. Participants will need to provide their own dinner Friday night before arriving. Those who are accepted as staff are encouraged to keep all receipts, as you will be reimbursed for conference expenses from your personal support account, once adequate funds are available.
TRANSPORTATION
Plan to arrive at Frontier Ranch by 6 p.m. In order to ensure adequate time for arrival and transport, flights should arrive into Denver no later than 3 p.m. We are providing a van for those needing transportation from the airport to Frontier and back (at an additional $30). We will conclude our time together after brunch on Sunday, so if you are driving, you’re free to depart at that time. If you are flying, please schedule your departure flight for anytime after 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Space is limited. Please complete this registration. If you have any questions please contact Conference Coordinator, Alison Spindor at (719) 381-1861. A non-refundable deposit of $100 at the time of registration will hold your place. The remainder is due upon arrival, in the form of cash or check. Alison will send additional details once your completed registration form and deposit is received.
