Iowa Falls Child Care Provider Survey |
Dear Child Care Provider,
Child care has been identified as a need in the Iowa Falls area. To better understand the need so that potential solutions can be identified, Hardin County Conservation in partnership with Hardin County Economic Development, Hardin County Endowment, Iowa River Valley Early Childhood Area, and Child Care Resource & Referral, along with assistance from First Children’s Finance (FCF) is conducting a child care study and we need your help!
We appreciate the important work you do to care for children and want your input. This project is being completed so we can understand future needs and address current areas where services do not meet demands. This survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Feel free to share this survey with other child care providers you know.
Please complete only one survey per child care program. The survey is best completed by the owner or manager of the child care program.
We also appreciate you sharing a link to a parent survey with families you provide care for at:
If you have questions or would like more information about this project, contact:

Thank you for your participation in this important study!
Questions marked by an asterisk (*) require an answer.
Confidentiality: All survey results are collected and analyzed by First Children’s Finance (FCF), acting as an independent third party. Individual responses are kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside FCF personnel. When results are reported, they will be aggregated (individual results combined and reported as a group). Comments submitted may be reported individually and will be used verbatim as long as an individual respondent, local employer, or child care program cannot be identified, in which case they may be partially reported or edited to remove the identifying information.
