In order to qualify for this program you must do all of the following:
  1. You have accessed food services with us in the last 12 months. This includes services like regular market shopping, Summer Lunch, or Lunch for the Break.
  2. You have children between 0-18 years of age. Children must be 18 or younger on December 5th, 2024, or still attend high school.
  3. You live in one of the following ZIP codes: 98014, 98024, 98025, 98027, 98029, 98038, 98045, 98050, 98055, 98056, 98057, 98058, 98059, 98065, 98074 or 98075, or have children enrolled in the Issaquah School District. (If you are unhoused, you may still qualify for this program.)
  4. Provide documentation that verifies your address is within our service area, and that your children reside with you. Valid registration documents are:
    • For all adults in your household: utility bill, DSHS letter, or other official piece of mail showing name and address (insurance letter, medical, etc. NOT junk mail)
    • For each child: DSHS letter, insurance card, school ID, social security card, or birth certificate

Submitting your complete registration by November 4th, 2024 will enter you into a drawing for a free Christmas tree or wreath from the Sammamish Rotary. All documents and registrations must be submitted by November 15th, 2024 in order to participate in the Holiday Gifts program this year.

The program will be at the food bank, on Friday, December 6th and Saturday, December 7th. Timeslots will be assigned.

Filling out this registration form does not guarantee participation. Once your registration had been processed, we will reach out via email.
