Thank you for your interest in participating in our research study, The Next Talent Pipeline: Onboarding Alberta’s Newcomers for the Digital Economy. 

ICTC will be holding a series of online discussion groups in order to understand the experiences of newcomers to Alberta in seeking work and in the workplace. The discussions will be 1.5 hours in length, and will occur on July 2021 via web meeting. A selection of dates and times will be available, based on participant interest and availability.

The nature of this research requires that we collect feedback from people with specific types of experiences, in particular, newcomers to Alberta who work in or are currently seeking employment in the tech sector or in tech-related jobs.  For example, this could be looking any role at an IT, software, e-commerce or other tech company, or, it could mean a tech-related role like front end and/or back end developer, digital marketer, product/project manager, or any IT role at any type of business.
