Thank you for attending the second annual ICS Regional Meeting held in Brussels, the capital of Belgium over Friday 30 November and Saturday 1 December 2018.  

The CME/CPD certificate will be available after completing the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure. The process takes about 10 minutes. We thank you for your feedback as it is an important part of CME/CPD accreditation and helps our future annual meetings.

Before 29 December 2018:
1. Complete the anonymous online evaluation.
2. Complete the credit claim form and submit.
3. The CME/CPD certificate will be available for download or delivered electronically to each participant who completes the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure after the end of the meeting.
