Thank you for attending the 49th Annual Meeting of the International Continence Society held in Gothenburg, Sweden over 3-6 September 2019.

The CME/CPD certificate will be available after completing the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure. The process takes about 10 minutes. We thank you for your feedback as it is an important part of CME/CPD accreditation and helps our future annual meetings.

Before 4 October, 2019:
1. Complete the anonymous online evaluation.
2. Complete the credit claim form and submit.
3. The CME/CPD certificate will be available for download or delivered electronically to each participant who completes the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure after the end of the meeting.
