Welcome to the ICS 2016 online Evaluation - Credit Claim - Certificate process

Thank you for attending the 46th Annual Meeting of the International Continence Society (ICS 2016) held in Tokyo, Japan on 13th-16th September 2016.

The CME/CPD certificate will be available after completing the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure. The process takes about 10 minutes. We thank you for your feedback as it is an important part of CME/CPD accreditation and helps improve future educational offerings.

Before 14 October, 2016:
1. Complete the anonymous online evaluation.
2. Complete the credit claim form and submit.
3. The CME/CPD certificate will be delivered electronically to each participant who completes the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure up to 4 weeks after the end of the meeting
