Welcome to the ICS 2015 online Evaluation - Credit Claim - Certificate process

Thank you for attending the 45th Annual Meeting of the International Continence Society (ICS 2015) held in Montreal, Canada on 6-9th October 2015.

The CME/CPD certificate will be available after completing the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure. The process takes about 15 minutes. We thank you for your feedback as it is an important part of CME/CPD accreditation and helps improve future educational offerings.

Before November 13, 2015:
1. Complete the anonymous online evaluation.
2. Complete the credit claim form and submit.
3. The CME/CPD certificate will be delivered electronically to each participant who completes the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure up to 4 weeks after the end of the meeting
