The International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL) prepared an overview titled “Legal Basis for the Financial Sustainability of CSOs in Central Asian Countries” (“the Overview”) that focuses on the regulation of CSOs’ various sources of income and the important legal factors affecting CSO financial sustainability in Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. The Overview was developed to help interested stakeholders who are seeking ways to improve CSO-related legislation in their countries.
 
We ask you to spend no more than five minutes of your time to respond to a few questions related to the Overview, as it will greatly help us evaluate our own work and identify needs for further technical assistance.
