2020 Capitol Hill Day Registration Form |
The American Association for Dental Research (AADR), American Dental Education Association (ADEA) and Friends of National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (FNIDCR) appreciate your interest in joining us for the 2020 AADR, ADEA and FNIDCR Capitol Hill Day in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, March 17.
To register for this event, please complete the registration form below. Your registration represents your professional commitment to attend this event.
AADR and ADEA will schedule meetings with congressional offices on your behalf. We will share your meeting details approximately one week before Capitol Hill Day and provide you with a final schedule upon arrival before the morning briefing.
Please contact Erin Morton, AADR’s Government Relations Consultant, if your travel plans change. Last-minute cancellations or failure to attend meetings harm our and your relationships with Members of Congress and their staff.
Completed forms are due no later than Tuesday, Feb. 11 to allow our team enough time to arrange your meetings on Capitol Hill.
For additional information, please visit the AADR event website. Questions? Contact Lindsey Horan, AADR Assistant Director of Government Affairs, at lhoran@aadr.org or B. Timothy Leeth, ADEA Chief Advocacy Officer, at leetht@adea.org.
For questions about accessibility or to request special accommodations, please contact Lindsey Horan at lhoran@aadr.org or call 703.299.8098. Requests should be made no later than Tuesday, Feb. 18.
