Holistic is a third-party consulting firm that uses proprietary tools to help companies assess and improve their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices and better understand employee experience. Our people-first approach prioritizes accurate, self-identified demographic information which is used to assess employee sentiment, advancement, and opportunity. 

Our Demographic Tool will be paired with other data collection methods to gauge the DEI landscape of your company and assess the employee experience across and within demographic groups. 

The information you provide Holistic Index will always remain confidential. All Holistic survey data is owned and secured by Holistic and only used in macro/aggregate for reporting purposes.
