Introduction
Herbalife is inviting companies, entrepreneurs, and nutrition industry visionaries to apply to present their product ideas in front of the top Herbalife executives at their North American Innovation Meeting. Herbalife has strong interest in cultivating the flow of new ideas through introduction of novel ingredients and technologies into our existing product line and creation of line extensions.
This will be a 1 1/2-day event hosted by Herbalife on May 18-19, 2016 in Los Angeles, California. The finalists will be announced by April 19, 2016 and will be invited to the meeting.
Herbalife is seeking entries for innovative technologies and products in the following areas:
1. Innovative meal/snack food bars
2. Non-egg-based breakfast food/snacks in powdered format – just add water/milk (could be omelet, pancake, or bake mixes, etc.)
3. Novel delivery formats for vitamins, minerals and nutraceuticals (especially chewables and orally-dissolving technologies)
4. Innovations in plant nutrients and botanical ingredients
Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Interest from our worldwide and regional marketing champions
- Value proposition and ability to create a viable cost-benefit proposition within our direct selling model, especially around Nutrition Clubs

About the Process
Nutrition Business Advisors (NBA) and Herbalife Selection Committee screens applications and will contact you directly whether or not your application has been successful. Successful applicants will be invited to present to Herbalife on May 18-19, 2016.
