Welcome to our survey

We are conducting this survey as part of an evaluation of our healthy ageing information. We are asking women:
  • how our healthy ageing information has impacted their knowledge, confidence and behaviour
  • about their preferred formats for health information.
This will help us understand what’s working well and how we can improve our health information.
The survey will take about 5 to 15 minutes to complete.
How your responses will be used
Your survey responses will be used in an evaluation report about our healthy ageing information. The report will be developed for Jean Hailes for Women’s Health and the Alan and Kate Gibson Foundation, and may also be shared with other organisations interested in the findings of this project.
Confidentiality and privacy
