Through this survey, we would like to know a little about your child’s reading during this most recent summer break. We estimate that it will take you 2-5 minutes to complete the survey.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary, completely confidential, and your name or contact information will not be collected.
There are no right or wrong answers to the questions; we simply want to learn more about summer reading activity of elementary students in Haywood County Schools. Your responses will not impact anything about your child’s school experience. If any reports are generated from this survey, all responses would be summarized.
