Harnessing Emotional Capital V2

We are embarking upon a cross-sectional study to determine the effects of emotional intelligence, emotional capacity, and competence on our thinking, behaviors, and decisions in the workplace. We aim to leverage the research to publish a study and develop methods to improve our critical decision-making competency. The first phase of the research will conclude in 90 days. How long will I be in the study? If you decide to be in this study, your participation will last about 5-10 minutes.

If you decide to be in this study and if you sign this form, you will do the following things:

· Give demographic information about yourself, such as gender, type of organization, level, branch of service, or department.

· complete a survey about the role emotional intelligence competencies play in your work environment

Any information you provide in this study does not request personal identifying information. The survey tool provides the capability for tracking responses without maintaining identifying information. In any written reports or publications, no one will be able to identify you.
