Healthwatch Bucks is the new consumer champion for Health and Social Care within Buckinghamshire and is very keen to hear your experiences of the care you have received. By using evidence based on real experiences to highlight issues and trends, Healthwatch Bucks ensures that decision makers are informed of users’ experiences.
One of the issues that patients and visitors raise on a regular basis is difficulty travelling to hospital. When changes were made to Buckinghamshire hospitals in 2012, additional services were introduced to improve transport to hospital. Public feedback indicates that there are still difficulties in travel to hospital and that certain parts of the county may have more difficulty.
