Traffic Calming Program Initial Questionnaire

Use this form to evaluate your street and to indicate whether you support a resident-city partnership to investigate the opportunity for traffic calming devices on Carmel Street between Easy Street and Towner Boulevard. The outcome is based only on responses received. Please participate to have your input considered.
