Body Art Regulations Review: K.A.R. 69-15-1 through 69-15-30

The Board is currently reviewing all regulations related to the body art profession. Current statute requires the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) to maintain the board's infection control regulations for all professions. Therefore, there are two drafted documents: one for KBOC body art regulations and one for KDHE infection control body art regulations.
