Thank you for your interest in applying to participate in the Dallas Economic Opportunity Leadership Academy, sponsored by Communities Foundation of Texas, United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and JPMorgan Chase, in partnership with the Corporation for a Skilled Workforce (CSW) and the Aspen Institute Economic Opportunities Program.

The Dallas Economic Opportunity Leadership Academy application deadline is Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at 5 p.m. Central Time.
The materials for submission include:
1. A completed application submitted online
2. Your resume and/or a link to your LinkedIn page
3. An organizational chart
4. A letter of reference from a supervisor or external collaboration partner
5. Commitment to Participate Form signed by you and your supervisor
