You are invited to participate in a Company study which is part of a new IT program called “Digital Workplace”. This study seeks to better understand how you use and interact with digital technology in the workplace, specifically communication and collaboration tools (iNotes, Connections, Sametime, file-storage & sharing, laptops, iPads, iPhones, etc...).

The input you provide on this study is important for our company to better understand employee digital work environment needs. 

This study is voluntary and we encourage you to complete it during business hours. It should take approximately 10 minutes. The anonymity of your responses will be protected. No individual responses will be reported. Responses will only be reported in summary format.
