GlobalSkin Atopic Eczema Care Priorities | Patient Survey
Context
The GlobalSkin Atopic Eczema Community wants to ensure that people living with atopic eczema receive high-quality, patient-centred care in line with their needs and preferences. In order to more clearly advocate for patient-centred care, we must first define the care priorities of atopic eczema patients.
GlobalSkin has designed this survey with the purpose of identifying the care priorities, and ongoing care challenges and barriers, for people living with atopic eczema.
The final Atopic Eczema Care Priorities document, informed by your survey responses, will be grounded in the experiences and priorities of people living with atopic eczema.
This survey will be open until September 20, 2020, 11:00pm EDT.

Note: This is a survey for patients with atopic eczema. If you are a caregiver of a person with atopic eczema, please refer to this survey. If you are both a patient and caregiver, we encourage you to take both surveys.
