The Member Services Department of the State Bar of New Mexico is deploying this survey to gauge the response of the membership the newly developed podcast series, SBNM is Hear.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary. Once the survey is initiated, there is no penalty from withdrawing at any time. This study looks to recruit around 25 participants with familiarity of the area of practice that the episode covers, with an additional 200 participants from all other areas of practice.
Participants will complete a 2-5 minute survey in which a variety of questions will evaluate the knowledge of the new podcast and how the State Bar can improve this resource for future episodes. Basic demographic questions will be included at the beginning of the survey.
While the current schedule of episodes is singular in topics, it is the hope of the State Bar to expand the series to have specifically themed channels. Examples include channels that are section specific, law in the media, mental and professional well-being, legislative tracking and more. Your participation in evaluating the preliminary will aid staff in developing content that is tailored to your practice.
Your responses will be anonymous. Results from this survey will be evaluated by the Member Services Department, as well as the Board of Bar Commissioners Member Services Subcommittee. All responses of the survey will be shared in aggregate form only.
