Mid-Plains Community College Satisfaction and Feedback Survey--High School Partnerships

Your feedback about access to enrollment process information and satisfaction with services will be used to make improvements in student access to college courses and services. The survey should take about 5-7 minutes to complete. Your participation is completely voluntary and you may stop the survey at any time. With your help, we will make improvements in serving you and future students. Any questions related to the completion of the survey can be addressed to ir@mpcc.edu.

Definitions:

Higher education: Includes college, university, trade school, or specialized training

Dual Credit: College credit classes taken before high school graduation that also count towards requirements for high school completion

Early Entry: A student taking a course or courses for college credit prior to graduation from high school or earning a GED
