CONCESSIONS
- There will be snacks & drinks available for purchase in the Concession Stand (proceeds will go to Shoals Scholar Dollars), so you and your students won’t have to go hungry during the event.  : )
-  We do not provide lunch for schools.
ARRIVAL TIMES
-  Arrival times will be set after all registrations are in.
-  Plan to spend ~1-1/2 hours at the event.
-  If there are conflicts with too many schools wanting the same arrival time, it will be decided on a FIRST-REGISTERED-FIRST-SCHEDULED basis.

Campus Tours
IMPORTANT:  You will divide your students into 2 even groups: A & B. Each group will begin in a different venue (Job Fair or Campus Tour) and will rotate through each venue every 45 min.

IMPORTANT:
We will need you to plan to bring AT  LEAST one adult, more if possible, to accompany each of your groups (A & B) as they move from venue to venue (Career Fair & Campus Tour). 

A NWSCC Ambassador &/or personnel will guide them to and from each location, but we will be moving throughout the entire campus, and through buildings with college classes in progress, so we want the assurance that your students are well-monitored. 

The Campus Tour groups will be divided into smaller groups of (likely) 10 - 20.  If possible, an adult with each tour group would be best, but we know this may be difficult, so please just do the best you can.

How many adults do you anticipate bringing with your group?

Having a resume with several copies, practicing basic interview skills, discussions about appropriate dress will all be extremely helpful.

Please make sure your students understand this is a professional event at which businesses will be conducting interviews with the intent to hire employees, not just a day out of school.  

If they are not looking for a job, they should treat it as a career fair and learn as much as possible about careers in which they may be interested. 

You may consider making an assignment for them to complete while there.

NOTE:  There may be additional "free-time" activities planned, for which you will be welcomed to stay beyond the times below.  But the scheduled Job Fair and Campus Tour will occur during these times.  
We will let you know once any other activities are confirmed, so you can plan appropriately.
