South Glos Parent Carers (SGPC) are the local parent carer forum in South Gloucestershire representing the collective voice of parents and carers of children aged 0-25 with additional needs and disabilities to help influence the provision received from education, health and social services.
We want to hear from you if your child has any additional need or disability (diagnosed or undiagnosed) including neurological conditions, learning disabilities, hearing or visual impairments, communication difficulties, reading or writing disorders, physical disability, complex health needs, social, emotional, and mental health difficulties or any other type of additional need or disability so we can represent all of our families' voices across South Gloucestershire. We value your time in giving us your views and experiences. Your responses are stored securely and kept confidential and anonymous.
