If you are a Human Resources (HR), Employment Relations (ER), or Employment Law (EL) practitioner living and working in/from the Bega Valley, NSW, and are interested in connecting with other HR professionals in the region, come and join our brand-new Facebook group: HR Bega Valley - Community of Practice.

A community of practice (CoP) is simply a group of people who share a common interest or set of challenges who form a support network through which they share their interests, knowledge, expertise, and ‘hot tips’ in their areas of professional practice.
