Suzanne Carlisle Trainer Award Nomination Form

Recognize yourself or a Learning and Development professional on your Team! The Suzanne Carlisle Scholarship recognizes training professionals who have shown excellence in educational initiatives within their credit union.

The award recipient will receive a $500 scholarship, payable to the recipient's credit union, to be used towards admission to an annual HRD Network Conference.

Please complete the form below to submit your entry by March 31st. The winning credit union will be announced at this year's EVOLVE annual conference, April 2-4 in Sacramento.
