LACHLAN SHIRE COMMUNITY STRATEGIC PLAN .... HAVE YOUR SAY

Survey: Community Strategic Plan Review

Lachlan Shire Council is commencing the review of the 2017-2027 Community Strategic Plan and we need your input.

Following each local government election, Councils are required to review their Community Strategic Plan. The current Community Strategic Plan (CSP) 2017-27 has been developed to provide Lachlan Shire Council with clear direction to achieve our community's priorities. This plan is central in guiding Council's activities and projects and is the primary planning document that directs Council’s strategic business.

The Community Strategic Plan is a SHARED VISION for our community and Council recognises that the involvement of residents and ratepayers is vital to ensure that our priorities meet the community’s needs.

Council will also gather information from this survey and community engagement phase to inform the draft Lachlan Shire Disability Inclusion Plan.

There will be a range of community engagement platforms utilised during this process including pop-up sessions, surveys, informal discussions, and street polling to ensure everyone can help to shape the Shire’s future.

Participating in the survey is voluntary and anonymous.
