Act 44: School Safety and Security Coordinator Identification

Act 44 of 2018, which was signed into law on June 22, 2018, amends the Public School Code of 1949 by further providing for school safety and security measures.  Full legislation.  As Act 44 outlines, each school entity will need to identify one staff member to serve as the school safety and security coordinator for the school entity by August 31, 2018.  Complete the form below to do so.
