Workshop Proposal
The AHCCCS Women's Services Coordinator in partnership with Prevent Child Abuse Arizona invites workshop proposals the upcoming statewide institute focused on professionals working directly with parents and families, in their homes, and in the community. We are seeking workshops focused on the how of working with families: practical skills, tools, and strategies to meet the needs of infants who were prenatally substance exposed and their parents as they navigate SUD treatment and recovery.
We are especially interested in hands-on, interactive sessions that give participants practical tools and knowledge and welcome proposals that focus on the intersections of brain development, supporting relationships, and tools to soothe and support the parent-child relationship.

Held at the Renaissance Glendale Phoenix, September 8th and 9th, 2025
Workshops are 75 minutes
Proposals close July 18. All presenters will be notified August 1st.
Each Institute will bring together Substance Use Disorder treatment, medical and family service professionals including:
