Make an impactful commitment towards reconciliation Survey

This National Reconciliation Week (NRW) theme is ‘More than a word. Reconciliation takes action’, urging the reconciliation movement towards braver and more impactful action.

We all have a role to play when it comes to reconciliation, so UniSA is providing a "Commitment to Action" platform, where you can take a personal step towards reconciliation.

By making this commitment you are adding your voice to the call for reconciliation and justice and amplifying First Nations’ voices.

1.How will you take an impactful step towards reconciliation?

Please note that the organisations and campaign mentioned below are expressly used as examples and are not exclusively supported by UniSA.

I will support the actions being taken to address issues impacting the Aboriginal Community; by adding my voice to campaigns that call for action such as Raise The Age

I will invest in Aboriginal communities and initiatives, by supporting organisations owned and run by Aboriginal Peoples such as Clothing the Gaps and Haus of Dizzy.

I will seek to further educate myself on Australia's true history.

I will connect with news sources such as NITV to better understand Aboriginal People's perspectives, and to elevate and amplify Aboriginal voices within my own community.
