HKYFS 2024 Family and Community Survey

At Youth and Family Services of Haddam-Killingworth, Inc. (HKYFS) we envision a connected community where youth & families are resilient and feel safe, supported, and empowered. We implement this vision and our values by providing services including our Community Coalition, Parent and Community Education, Family Events, Positive Youth Development Programs, Clubs, Mentoring, Juvenile Review Board, Social Services Support and much more.
The information gathered through this survey will help us better understand the feelings and needs of our community and further enable us to serve youth and families with targeted local prevention programming and services.
This survey is completely voluntary and confidential, and takes most people 5-10 minutes to complete. Survey results will be analyzed and summarized by an independent evaluator. If you have already completed this survey, please do not take it again.
At the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to be entered into a drawing of two (2) $25 Amazon gift cards. If you would like to be added to our mailing list, please include your email address. Email addresses will be extracted from the survey before analysis.
